Introduction
The Transport Workers' Union of Australia has applied to change the Aircraft Cabin Crew Award 2020.
Content
It has applied under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
The application seeks to vary provisions in the Aircraft Cabin Crew Award 2020 relating to duty hours, classifications, minimum rates, meal breaks and annual leave loading.
The Commission has decided to hear and determine AM2026/3 together with AM2025/8. All documents for the combined matters will be published to Aircraft Cabin Crew Award 2020 variation (AM2025/8 and AM2026/3).
