Introduction

When we receive an application to create a new award or change an existing award, we publish details in this section. After the Commission issues a decision, you can use our document search to find it.

Content

After an organisation or individual applies to create or change an award, we publish a copy of the application. Other documents we publish as they become available include:

  • our notices of listing for conferences or hearings
  • any statement or directions, including timelines to make submissions
  • copies of submissions and other correspondence we receive.

To send us a submission or correspondence

You may choose to make a submission about an application. Use the case (matter) number that relates to the application when you contact us. You can find the case number in the table on this page.

We publish your submissions and other correspondence on this website. Before you send a document:

  1. Remove sensitive or confidential information such as your email, phone number or home address.
  2. Check the format is an approved file type (usually Word, PDF, RTF or Excel).
  3. Remove any document passwords or file restrictions.

Email your documents to awards@fwc.gov.au. If you cannot email, address the documents to the General Manager and send them to your nearest Commission office.
