It is important that you respond to a claim made against you. This gives you a chance to tell us your side of the case.

We will contact you if your business is named in a case. You will receive a letter from us with information about the case. We may call you before we send the letter. This will depend on the type of case. In the letter you will receive:
- a copy of the application form and the claims made against you
- a link to the response form so you can respond.
It is important you read the information we send you and respond using the correct form. Your response helps us understand your side. As an independent tribunal, we do not take sides and will read the information you and the applicant provide.
