The Fair Work Commission is seeking to replace the existing case management system. The Commission is inviting tenders for the provision of a web enabled case management system and the associated implementation and support services. The Commission has identified the requirements for the provision of products and services in the request for tender documentation.

In accordance with the Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts, the Fair Work Commission is required to publish a list of contracts with a value of $100,000 or more, which have been entered into in the previous 12 months. This list also includes contracts which have not been fully performed (contracts which are still current).
All Commission contracts contain standard confidentiality clauses and non-disclosure clauses of a general nature.
