This page provides information about gifts, benefits and hospitality valued at over $50 (excluding GST) that have been accepted by the General Manager or staff of the Fair Work Commission.
The Australian Public Service Commission Guidance on Gifts and Benefits requires agency heads to maintain and publish a register of all gifts and benefits they receive from 18 October 2019 valued at over $100 (excluding GST).
Although not a requirement of the guidance, we choose to disclose all gifts and benefits received by Fair Work Commission staff with an estimated value of $50 (excluding GST) or more.
Consistent with the guidance, each quarter we update published information about gifts and benefits received.
This register does not include gifts, benefits or hospitality that may have been received by Members of the Fair Work Commission. The Member Code of Conduct includes guidance about the acceptance of gifts or benefits by Members.
The Fair Work Commission General Manager has not received any gifts or benefits since 18 October 2019.
