Introduction
The Fair Work Commission proposes to vary wage-related allowances in some enterprise and State reference public sector modern awards.
Content
This is in addition to the standard provision for the automatic adjustment of wage-related allowances in 135 modern awards.
This motion is made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
