In this episode we discuss how we can provide advice and assistance when you are changing rules that impact your finances or elections.
Registered organisations often engage with multiple regulators at one time. For example, most organisations require the assistance from us and the Australian Electoral Commission to fill their office positions through elections.
In this episode we focus on our relationship with the Fair Work Commission, the Australian Electoral Commission and the Fair Work Ombudsman. The podcast will help you understand the related functions of each agency, and how to obtain support when undertaking compliance work.
ROCpod was a monthly podcast created by the Registered Organisations Commission, which is now abolished. The obligations for registered organisations remain unchanged, with the functions transferred to the Fair Work Commission as the regulator from 6 March 2023. If you need further information please contact the Fair Work Commission on 1300 341 665 or email regorgs@fwc.gov.au.
