The application has been made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
It seeks to vary the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award 2020 to allow an employer and employee to reach an agreement to convert overtime to annual leave (equivalent to the overtime payment that would otherwise have been made) which, when taken, would incur leave loading.
