Introduction
The Commission proposes to change multiple awards on its own motion.
Content
We propose to vary the following awards to deal with the correction of errors and removal of uncertainties:
- Australian Broadcasting Corporation Enterprise Award 2016
- Electrical Power Industry Award 2020
- Live Performance Award 2020
This motion is made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
