In this episode, former ROC Commissioner Mark Bielecki reflects on recent matters from corporate Australia where governance practices have faced public scrutiny. While the analysis has largely focussed on conduct outside of our jurisdiction, former ROC Commissioner Bielecki explains the transferrable lessons relevant for registered organisations and their officeholders.
ROCpod was a monthly podcast created by the Registered Organisations Commission, which is now abolished.
